Jess' interest in flowers started long ago working in her grandparent's garden. Harvesting tomatoes off the vine for dinner and picking delicate sweet peas off the side of the green house growing double the height she was. Jess loves working with her hands and creating. She loves the feeling flowers have as an emotion and the concept of how fleeting their lives are. 

Jess has been in the beauty industry for the past nine years. First working for a larger salon apprenticing under some of the top stylist in Seattle. In 2014, Jess started her own hair studio. Working for herself opened doors to new creative outlets. First she started working for a local organic produce stand at Seattle farmer's markets. She knew this was her time to start working in the floral industry she had always dreamed of. Jess believes knowing where your flowers come from is important and enjoys working with seasonal blooms.

Jess moved to Brooklyn, NY the summer of 2015 with her soon to be husband and two cats.
